Job summary

Vertiv ANZ is seeking a Chiller Customer Engineer (Technician) – Commissioning to lead the full commissioning lifecycle of large industrial chillers across the ANZ region, including data centres and industrial facilities.

You will work under the Service Operations Manager, perform L2–L4 commissioning tasks, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with project teams to deliver on time. A mechanical trades background and electrical licensing are required.

Qualifications

Mechanical trade qualification with electrical licence and refrigerant handling regulatory compliance.
Proven track record as a commissioning/service technician in the chiller industry.
Strong understanding of controls, networking and data centre environments.
Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

Own the commissioning process from start to finish across large industrial chillers.
Perform L2, L3 and L4 commissioning tasks on landmark projects including data centres.
Support service team with maintenance and time & material works where needed.
Build professional relationships with customers and project teams.
Participate in ongoing Vertiv training to keep technical skills current.
