Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Venue Manager and Group Executive Chef in implementing the Group Menu.
• Have the flair for regular specials showcasing local ingredients.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Manage kitchen operations, including, inventory, ordering and stock takes.
• Work closely with the management team to foster an enjoyable workplace for all team members.
