The Gracemere Hotel is seeking an experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team and create exceptional dining experiences for guests at the CQ Hotels Group in Queensland.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Venue Manager and Group Executive Chef in implementing the Group Menu.
• Have the flair for regular specials showcasing local ingredients.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Manage kitchen operations, including, inventory, ordering and stock takes.
• Work closely with the management team to foster an enjoyable workplace for all team members.
