Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Childcare Centre Director.
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Working with Children Check current or equivalent clearance.
• First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training current.

Your Role – Lead, Inspire and Make an Impact

As Centre Director, you will play a key role in driving the success of the centre by:

Leading, mentoring and supporting educators to achieve their full potential.

Overseeing daily centre operations, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.

Maintaining high standards of education, care, compliance and quality.

Building strong, positive relationships with children, families and the wider community.

Creating a safe, inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Promoting a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for leaders who bring both professional experience and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Childcare Centre Director.

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent approved qualification.

Current Working with Children Check.

Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training.

Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Excellent leadership, communication, people management and organisational skills.
