Job summary

IFYS in Burpengary, Queensland, invites applications for a Case Manager leading a residential program and Youth Workers. You will oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of care in a safe living environment for children and young people.

The role is permanent full-time with a Monday–Friday roster. Enjoy five weeks of annual leave, salary base of $110,350 per annum plus superannuation, and opportunities for professional development and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership position in a similar field.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Diploma level qualification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the program.
• Provide leadership and management to all staff, including supervision and development.
• Ensure trauma-informed therapeutic care in a safe, clean environment.
• Manage positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure program reporting and documentation requirements are met.
• Write Safety Plans and contribute to Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Attend critical appointments with young people and meetings.
• Complete rosters reflecting smart rostering and compliance.
• Plan and conduct developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Case Plans.
• Contribute to onboarding and training of new staff.
