Job summary

APEX is seeking an experienced Leading Hand (Fixing Carpenter) to run Perth-based retail fitout projects. You’ll oversee site operations, coordinate trades and materials, and keep the project on schedule with hands-on leadership. No FIFO; home every night on Perth Metro sites.

Start with a 4-month engagement and potential long-term work. Must be a licensed Carpenter with proven ability to manage a small-to-medium retail fitout from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Licensed Carpenter with experience in commercial/retail environments.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills on site.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and materials to keep schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail fitout site from start to finish, coordinating trades and materials.
• Keep project on schedule and within budget on Perth Metro sites.
