Global Vision Recruitment on behalf of Pro Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified Supervisory Carpenter to join the Door Manufacturing Division at the Smithfield facility. The role will oversee a team of about 10, applying carpentry expertise to supervise production of commercial door systems and ensure adherence to specifications and schedules.

The successful candidate will lead CNC programming and machining of doors, manage quality control, and coordinate with management to meet

Qualifications

Relevant Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year practical experience in carpentry, joinery, cabinet making, door manufacturing or related field.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with fire-rated doors, solid core doors, metal clad doors or similar products.

Responsabilités

Interpret drawings and specs to determine door manufacturing requirements.
Take site measurements and input data into CNC programs.
Program, set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture doors.
Supervise daily activities of door manufacturing staff and coordinate production targets.
Ensure finished products meet project specifications and quality standards.
