Job summary

Criterion Industries Pty in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Joiner to join our production team at the Canning Vale site. This hands-on role oversees daily joinery operations, ensuring quality and on-time production of timber doors and joinery products.

You will lead on the factory floor, coordinate workflow, read drawings, set up tools, and work with the team on a 7am-4pm shift. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, probation bonus, and opportunities through Criterion

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in production joinery/carpentry or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
• Proficient with measuring tools and gauging procedures.
• Experience with CNC machine settings/programming is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily joinery operations on the production floor.
• Lead by example on the factory floor and manage workflow.
• Coordinate tasks, allocate resources, and ensure timelines.
• Maintain quality standards for timber doors and joinery products.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in training sessions.
