Motyl Group in Adelaide seeks a Production Manager to lead production from CAD and CNC machining through to assembly and dispatch. You will translate project requirements into practical schedules and ensure on-time delivery within budgets and to quality standards.

You will oversee a floor supervisor, coordinate with CAD, Purchasing and Project Managers, and drive process improvements to boost output while reducing wasted labour.

Qualifikationen

• Proven production leadership in commercial joinery or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing, drawings, materials and assembly.
• A record of delivering results in a demanding production environment.
• The discipline to maintain established processes and the judgement to improve them.
• Clear communication and a practical, consistent approach to managing people.
• Confidence using production planning systems; Nexvia experience is an advantage

Reporting to the General Manager and supported by a floor supervisor, you will turn project requirements into achievable plans and consistently deliver on time, within labour budgets and to the required quality.
