St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Grade 4 Physiotherapist to lead the Cardiorespiratory stream in Melbourne. The role combines clinical caseload with strategic leadership, reporting to the Physiotherapy Manager and supported by senior clinicians.

You will drive clinical excellence, service development and innovation, while fostering a culture of research, education and continuous improvement within a busy acute setting.

Formación

• Senior Grade 4 leadership experience in Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy.
• Experience leading a clinical team and driving service development.
• Strong research culture and commitment to evidence-based practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical, strategic and operational leadership for Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy.
• Lead delivery and development of high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services.
• Develop and implement strategic direction of the Cardiorespiratory team with the Manager.
