Job summary

The Recruitment Hive Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an EL2 Lead Business Architect to join a Federal Government Department focused on disability services. You will develop high-level designs aligned to agency principles and strategic direction.

You will model business processes, manage dependencies across programs, and drive cloud-based initiatives with Agile and structured delivery approaches. TOGAF certified or equivalent qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role within large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Experience modelling business processes using diverse tools and techniques.
• TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level designs addressing business problems while aligning to architectural principles.
• Identify dependencies, sequencing, and stakeholders across multiple programs.
• Enhance business architecture based on agency goals and objectives.

Our client, a Federal Government Department focused on helping the disability community is seeking an EL2 Lead Business Architect to join their team in mid November.

Duties

• Develop high-level designs and solutions that address business problems whilst aligning to agency architectural principles and strategic direction.
• Undertake key planning activities to identify dependencies, sequencing, and stakeholders across multiple programs of work.
• Enhance the business architecture based on the Agency goals and objectives.
• Apply architectural principles to business solutions.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and programs to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy.

Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience working in similar role in large scale Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Experience working on cloud-based projects, including working with digital transformation teams, UX/CX designers, and assistant technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications.
• Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments and exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Insurance Industries.
• TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification.
