Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Australia is seeking an experienced EL2 Domain Architect (Integration) to provide strategic architectural leadership across a complex technology landscape. Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering complex enterprise integration solutions.
• 3+ years operating at EL2 or equivalent senior architectural level.
• Translate organisational strategy, business requirements and technical considerations into architectural direction.
• Experience defining architecture principles, patterns, standards and governance frameworks.
• Strong ability to analyse trade-offs, dependencies and risks and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate domain architectures, target-state models, and strategic roadmaps.
• Provide authoritative architectural leadership across multiple programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and organisational priorities.
• Lead the analysis of complex business and technology challenges, developing strategic options and transition pathways.
• Define and maintain architecture principles, patterns, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Review and assure solution designs, identifying dependencies, risks, opportunities, and areas for reuse.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security specialists, engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Influence investment and prioritisation decisions through strategic architectural advice.
• Represent the domain in architecture governance forums and support effective decision-making.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform future direction.
• Lead resolution of complex architectural issues involving competing priorities, cost, risk, and constraints.
• Mentor and guide architects and technical specialists to strengthen architectural capability.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum 8+ years' experience designing and delivering complex enterprise integration solutions.
• At least 3 years' experience operating at EL2, Principal Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent senior architectural level.
• Proven capability translating organisational strategy, business requirements, and technical considerations into cohesive architectural direction.
• Extensive experience defining and applying architecture principles, patterns, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Strong ability to analyse complex architectural trade-offs, dependencies, and risks and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration, cloud platforms, security, digital services, and data ecosystems.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across executive, business, and technical audiences.
