• Experience in Agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities, gathering and documenting complex requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop user stories, journey maps, process maps and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, developers and testers.
• Contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with architecture, security and data management.
• Support testing, issue resolution and successful implementation of solutions.
