Multiplex is seeking a Services Manager to lead the delivery of building services on complex construction projects in Adelaide. You will own services from design and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning and handover, working with consultants and subcontractors to meet schedule, cost and safety targets.

The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in building services, and a collaborative approach with project teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in design, coordination and installation of building services within construction.
• Strong construction knowledge and understanding of building trades.
• Experience planning and managing programmes including services design and procurement.
• Knowledge of contemporary building techniques and building services delivery.
• Understanding sustainability rating tools such as Green Star, ABGR, BERS and BASIX.
• Knowledge of WHS/OHS requirements and the Building Code of Australia.
• Ability to work with consultants, subcontractors, clients and project teams to drive services outcomes.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, Building or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the coordination and delivery of multidisciplinary building services across complex projects.
• Manage services design and procurement programmes and oversee subcontractor delivery.
• Identify long-lead procurement requirements and resolve technical and services issues.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and project team on design changes and value management.
• Manage subcontractor claims, defects and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
