Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Building Automation Systems to join the Sydney Projects team. You will lead complex Building Automation and Controls projects and own delivery from initiation through commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.

Ideal candidates will have trade qualifications in Electrical or HVAC or an Eng/Tech degree, strong BMS knowledge, and proven ability to manage FAT/SAT, design, testing, and client handover across

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Trade qualification in Electrical or HVAC or Engineering degree.
• Strong understanding of BMS architecture, control systems, and design principles.
• Experience coordinating FAT and SAT activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of Building Automation and Controls projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budgets to achieve objectives.
• Provide leadership to internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
