Qualifications

• Trade/engineering qualification with BMS or HVAC exposure.
• Ability to adapt and drive digital transformation.
• Strong background in building automation and control system design.
• Experience with FAT/SAT testing processes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project; Visio BIM/AutoCAD an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and prepare project deliverables to initiate, develop, and execute projects.
• Provide leadership and manage projects to meet performance and requirements.
• Regularly review and update project financial status.
• Ensure high quality and compliance with OHS&E standards.
• Effectively manage customer and contractor relationships.
• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate professionalism, ethics and accuracy under tight timelines.
