• Trade qualification as Fitter or Boilermaker.
• Proven experience in fixed plant maintenance.
• Strong understanding of WHS compliance and risk management.
• Confined space, dogging, rigging and EWP certifications.
• Computer literacy and ability to use tablets for work documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and coordinate contractors (2-3 direct reports).
• Perform maintenance tasks on fixed plant equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
• Operate within confined spaces and perform dogging, rigging, and EWP tasks.
• Use tablets and digital tools for reporting and documentation.
