Southport Sharks is seeking experienced Lead Bartenders to join our venues on the Gold Coast, including Kaktus Mexican restaurant and Lounge Bar. This is a hands-on role demanding smooth service, quality cocktails and energetic teamwork.

You'll bring strong bar experience, confidence with cocktail prep, excellent customer service and communication, plus the ability to lead during busy shifts. Weekend and evening availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong bar experience.

• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and support the team during busy services.
• Reliable weekend and evening availability.
• TAB experience would be a bonus, but is not essential.
