Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Sydney is seeking a friendly bartender to manage day-to-day bar operations, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, keep the bar clean and stocked, and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will handle cash and card transactions, follow safety and sanitation policies, and work with the team to create a positive, fun environment. RSA and Food Safety knowledge are required, barista experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• A current RSA certificate and Food Safety knowledge.
• Barista experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of OH&S guidelines and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar area.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment.
