Job summary

Accenture’s AWS Practice is expanding across Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra, seeking experienced AWS practitioners to lead customer discovery, design and delivery of CX-focused AWS solutions. You will develop PoCs and assets, coordinating with AWS teams and Accenture’s global network to apply best practices in complex projects.

You should bring hands-on AWS experience, certification, and a passion for automating cloud deployments to help clients transform with native cloud and serverless

Qualifications

• Proven CX and engagement tools experience within AWS ecosystem.
• Experience with at least 2 AWS AI services (Comprehend, Lex, Rekognition, Polly, Textract, Translate, Transcribe).
• Knowledge of legacy contact centers and IVR tooling.
• Hands-on AWS implementation across many services with infrastructure as code.
• Automation mindset with scripting and cloud tooling like CFN, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins.
• Must have at least 1 AWS Associate or Professional Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and design sessions using AWS CX tools.
• Design, solution, and implement AWS solutions focused on CX and engagement.
• Develop PoCs, prototypes, demonstrations and assets.
• Collaborate with AWS BD, sales and architecture teams on campaigns and solutions.
• Work with Accenture’s global network to bring best practices to the local market.
• Interact with management levels at a client and within Accenture/AWS.
