Job summary

Accenture seeks an AWS-focused practitioner in Melbourne to lead customer discovery and design sessions, shaping AWS-based solutions for customer experience and engagement. You will develop PoCs and assets, collaborating with AWS teams and Accenture's global network to drive campaigns and opportunities.

The role requires hands-on AWS implementation across services, scripting for IaC, and a strong automation mindset. AWS certifications are expected, with a focus on CX solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service designer with developer background.
• Proven use of customer experience tools (AWS Connect, Pinpoint).
• Proven experience with at least 2 AWS AI services (Comprehend, Lex, Rekognition, Polly, Textract, Translate, Transcribe).
• Knowledge of legacy contact centers and IVR tooling.
• Hands-on AWS implementation experience across a broad range of services.
• Scripting and Infrastructure as Code for AWS environments.
• Strong automation mindset with tooling experience (CFN, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins).
• At least 1 AWS Associate or Professional Certification.

Responsibilities
