Job summary

Schneider Electric Australia is seeking a Lead Engineer to lead a portfolio of projects focused on design, development, testing, commissioning, maintenance and support of industrial systems and software solutions.

Reporting to our National Engineering Manager, you will lead a diverse team, coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence while advancing New Energy Landscape initiatives. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
Experience delivering Industrial Automation projects with AVEVA platforms.
Strong understanding of industrial networking concepts and security.
Industry 4.0 technologies and data analytics exposure desirable.
Knowledge of Schneider Electric offerings and digital twins is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across Automation, Control Systems, Software, Digital Twin and Industrial Intelligence projects.
Plan, schedule, and manage resources for successful customer delivery.
Oversee on-site tasks ensuring HSE and quality requirements are met and maintain key customer relationships.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Pre-Sales, HSE and Supply Chain locally and globally.
Develop the team through ongoing professional development and skill-building.
