Tefol Pty Ltd in Mackay QLD is seeking an Auto Electrician - Leading Hand for our workshop. You will perform repairs, maintenance and electrical installations across transport, automotive and mining sectors with a hands-on approach.

The role requires 1+ years in a similar role, appropriate trade qualifications, and the ability to read plans, supervise a team and manage workflow while delivering quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' qualified experience in a similar role.
• Appropriate trade qualifications (Statement of Attainment).
• Proven ability to provide quality customer service outcomes.
• Experience in transport or mining OEMs such as CAT, Komatsu and/or Hitachi (highly regarded).
• Ability to read plans and produce detailed quality work.

Responsibilities

• Undertake repairs, maintenance and new electrical installations.
• Provide fault finding, repairs and maintenance on light and heavy vehicles, trucks and ancillary equipment.
• Read plans and produce detailed quality work.
• Supervise a team and allocate/manage workflow.
