Job summary

UGL Transport in Mackay is seeking a Leading Hand – Electrical to lead and support a team of electrical tradespeople in a safety‑first workshop. You will plan and deliver projects, prepare quotes, inspection reports and work plans to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as Leading Hand or Foreperson in an industrial/workshop setting.
• Commitment to safety and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of AC/DC motor rewinds and flameproof motors (AS 3800).
