Job summary

Arriba Group’s Rehab Management division in NSW is seeking an Area Manager – Occupational Rehabilitation. The role can be based in Newcastle or Maitland, with a hybrid working model and an emphasis on mentorship, clinical excellence, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
• Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
• Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting as Area Manager
• Commitment to onboarding & tools to excel
• Passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
• Pride in stakeholder management and communication

Responsibilities

• Mentor, trainer and upskiller—driving team growth and on-the-job training
• Deliver constructive feedback, conduct monthly strategic reviews and file audits
• Maintain strong clinical and technical knowledge to ensure high service delivery standards
• Balance clinical and commercial goals while reporting to support quality
• Build and nurture relationships with team and key clients
• Demonstrate energy and dedication in daily work
