• Proven experience leading a team of designers and analysts.
• Strong background in translating business requirements into build-ready designs.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, service-based design).
• Experience aligning designs to local and global architecture standards.
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical design with commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Line management, coach a high-performing team of Solution Designers and Analysts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, commercially sound designs.
• Lead design governance and stakeholder alignment for delivery readiness.
• Provide expert design leadership during delivery and resolve complex design challenges.
• Collaborate with local and global design practices to maintain standards.
