Specsavers Support Office in Australia seeks a talented Recruitment and Development Manager to drive recruitment strategies and leadership development across Australia and New Zealand. You will identify high-potential talent and coach candidates for partnership, reporting to the Head of Partner Recruitment.

You’ll shape workforce planning, succession outcomes and build a strong pipeline of future Partners to support growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Experience delivering leadership development programs.
• Ability to influence outcomes in complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategies and assessments for future Specsavers Partners across ANZ.
• Facilitate leadership development and the Partner Pathway Program.
• Support workforce planning and succession outcomes for growth.
