Job summary

Bridgit, based in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to lead the design and build of ATLAS, Bridgit's multi-agent orchestration platform, focusing on scalable, production-ready AI systems across lending products.

You will mentor engineers, write production code, and shape governance and memory-enabled architectures, including GraphRAG and memory layers, while improving safety and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science.
• Experience designing agentic AI solutions with tool use and workflow orchestration.
• Production AI deployments focusing on cost, scalability, and governance.
• Strong software engineering principles and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to build Bridgit’s multi-agent orchestration platform.
• Define AI platform architecture, RAG pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
• Design API-driven connections with databases and external tools.
• Architect memory systems and knowledge graphs for context grounding.
• Establish robust multi-agent protocols and state management.
• Implement evaluation loops, logging and guardrails for safety.
• Build secure, reproducible agent sandboxes for CI testing.
