FR Consultancy in Melbourne is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of multi-agent AI systems that address complex business requirements.

You will explain technical design decisions, write modular Python code, and collaborate with software engineers, data scientists and domain experts. The role emphasizes responsible AI guardrails, performance optimization and cost-effective deployments using LangChain, Vertex AI and other GCP services.

Qualifications

Strong programming skills in Python; essential.
Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Proficient in GCP and Vertex AI.
Hands-on with generative AI and multi-agent architectures.
Ability to explain technical design decisions clearly.
Familiar with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Ragas, Langraph and Langsmith.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development and deployment of multi-agent AI systems.
