Job summary

TrellisData is seeking a senior leader to head the end-to-end infrastructure for Agentaus, our AI-as-a-service platform. You will design, build and continuously improve a secure, multi-cloud stack that scales to billions of inferences per day, while mentoring a high-performing team of engineers, SREs and cloud specialists.

In this role you'll drive automation, cost governance and compliance (IRAP/ ASD Essential8), partner with product and security teams, and ensure sub-second latency for

Qualifications

10+ years in large-scale cloud platforms
IRAP or ISO-27001 infrastructure experience
Senior leadership and mentoring experience
Clearance: Australian Security Clearance desirable

Responsibilities

Technical leadership – Design, build and continuously improve a resilient, multi-cloud platform
Performance & security – Lead scaling, hardening, compliance and latency reduction for AI workloads
Automation culture – Drive automation from spec to monitoring and patching
Strategic partnership – Align platform roadmaps with product and security teams
Vendor & cost governance – Evaluate cost drivers, negotiate contracts and optimise spend
