Job summary

MYOB is reimagining its AI-driven experience. You will shape how users see, feel, and trust AI across MYOB products, driving the AI-first strategy with design leaders. You’ll connect brand, product, data and design systems to bring AI to life in a useful, ethical, and cohesive way.

You’ll lead strategic projects, elevate craftsmanship, and partner with design, research, product, engineering and brand to deliver intelligent and human experiences that support customers in running their businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in UX/UI/product design for complex, data-driven products.
• Experience leading AI-powered or highly interactive experiences.
• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, prototyping and tool fluency.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for MYOB’s AI-first experience and strategy.
• Lead complex design projects across discovery to delivery.
• Elevate design craft and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advise on design systems and scalable components.
• Influence stakeholders with clear storytelling and outcomes.
