Job summary

Kenway & Clark in Moree, NSW, seeks an experienced Agricultural Service Manager to lead the largest workshop in the group. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality and productivity while building a high-performing team.

You will work with Parts and Sales to deliver efficient service, mentor technicians, plan work, manage workflow and drive continuous improvement. Salary ranges 125000-150000 AUD plus superannuation and a fully maintained company vehicle, with a standard 38-hour

Qualifications

• Experience leading workshop teams and developing technicians.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage busy service workflow.
• Commercial awareness including job costing and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy workshop, ensuring safety and quality.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices; develop a high-performing team.
• Plan and allocate work to maximise productivity and turnaround times.
• Monitor performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure repairs are accurately scoped and communicated to customers.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-organised workshop and yard.
