Representing leading brands, you will own the service operations, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with parts and sales to optimise branch performance while delivering value to primary producers in the Moree region.

• Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse workshop teams.
• Strong technical background in agricultural, heavy transport, or heavy machinery.
• High-level commercial acumen regarding workshop utilisation and invoicing.
• Proficiency with modern workshop management systems and technology.
• Ability to thrive and problem-solve under high-pressure seasonal demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a large team of technicians and apprentices, maintaining high accountability.
• Organise and allocate daily workflow to maximise workshop throughput and turnaround times.
• Monitor key workshop performance metrics, focusing on efficiency and minimising rework.
• Manage complex site logistics across multiple local storage and operational yards.
• Collaborate closely with parts and sales departments to streamline branch operations.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and accurate job costing.
