IAG in Australia offers a permanant, full-time Senior Agentic Software Engineer role across Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane). You will lead complex, secure software and data initiatives, mentor teams and drive scalable agentic practices with product, platform and risk teams.
You’ll balance hands-on coding with architectural oversight, enabling engineers and software agents to collaborate and adopt responsible AI workflows while delivering measurable impact across
Competenze
- Experience designing and delivering complex software, data or automation solutions with hands-on leadership.
- Strong software engineering capabilities across architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability and production support.
- Experience adopting or evaluating AI coding tools and agentic workflows.
Mansioni
- Lead the design and delivery of complex, secure, scalable software using agentic practices with cross-functional teams.
- Improve reusable engineering capabilities, including instructions, workflows, controls and reference implementations.
- Engineer reliable workflows that give software agents proper context, tools, testing and recovery.
- Turn incidents and delivery insights into improved standards and assets.
- Mentor engineers and foster adoption of agentic practices across teams.
- Experiment with emerging agentic technologies and translate successes into scalable practices.
