Lendi Group in Sydney is seeking a Software Engineer - AI to join our AI Engineering team, building AI-powered products and agentic systems that support brokers, teams and customers. You’ll work on Greenfield projects across the full stack, from React frontends and TypeScript/Node.js services to cloud infrastructure, data stores and event-driven integrations.

This hands-on role values ownership, curiosity and collaboration as you design, implement and iterate solutions, apply AI concepts like

Qualifications

• Hands-on TypeScript/Node.js/React development.
• Experience with APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Interest in building AI-powered applications and agentic systems.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and maintain AI-powered applications and agentic systems.
• Develop full-stack solutions with TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Build and integrate AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Contribute to Greenfield projects and shape technical designs.
• Develop scalable, event-driven services using AWS and MongoDB.
• Own engineering work from design through production.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Investigate issues with logs, tracing and debugging.
• Participate in design and code reviews and share constructive feedback.
• Deliver iterative releases balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Stay current with AI technologies and apply new ideas in practice.
