ASX is seeking a Senior Associate lawyer to join the team supervising ASX's listed market. You will engage with listed entities and advisers on legal and regulatory issues, bringing judgment to fast-paced, collaborative environments with a clear sense of purpose.

Role focuses on governance, continuous disclosure, and compliance across a broad portfolio, with opportunities to influence outcomes and mentor colleagues within the Compliance and Legal teams. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifikationen

• Senior Associate lawyer with ECM, public M&A or corporate advisory experience.
• Familiarity with listed entities and governance.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to distill complex issues.

• Communicate clearly with listed entities and advisers.
• Advise and supervise a portfolio of listed entities under Listing Rules.
• Lead monitoring and enforcement actions with cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain processes for monitoring ASX rules and regulatory obligations.
• Contribute as a senior leader to team culture and continuous improvement.
