Greenfields Executive Recruitment & Search and an established Australian organisation are seeking a Deputy Company Secretary & Corporate Governance Advisor. This role blends corporate law expertise with governance responsibilities, reporting to senior executives and engaging with the main ASX-listed Board.

You will provide high-quality advice on corporate law, governance and regulatory matters, support Board materials and committees, and help shape governance frameworks in a highly regulated

Qualifikationen

• At least five years' post-qualification experience in corporate law or governance.
• Experience with corporate law, governance, M&A and ASX Listing Rules.
• Ability to communicate complex matters to directors and executives.
• Experience advising ASX-listed organisations or regulated industries is valued.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality legal advice across corporate law, governance and regulatory matters.
• Advise on ASX Listing Rules and continuous disclosure.
• Support Board and Committee matters, including materials and resolutions.
• Engage with regulators and support regulatory reporting.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Partner with senior executives to improve governance practices.
