ASX Limited is seeking a Principal Adviser to lead Listings Supervision in a 12-month max term contract, based in Perth with hybrid work options. The role focuses on supervising listed entities, advising on regulatory matters, and enforcing compliance to uphold market integrity.

You will bring senior legal experience in ECM, M&A or corporate advisory, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence outcomes while ensuring stringent regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Senior Associate lawyer with ECM, public M&A or corporate advisory experience.
• Ability to analyse complex corporate structures, governance and transaction documents for compliance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to counsel, influence and find solutions meeting commercial objectives while ensuring regulatory requirements.
• Strong academic record.

Aufgaben

• Communicate clearly with listed entities and their advisers.
• Advise and supervise a portfolio of listed entities under Listing Rules.
• Oversee compliance with ASX Listing Rules and related requirements.
• Lead monitoring and enforcement actions and collaborate across teams.
• Contribute as a senior leader to a culture of insight and continuous improvement.
