Job summary

Russell Kennedy Lawyers in Sydney is seeking a Lawyer with 2-3 years' post-admission experience to join the Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team. You will advise on a broad range of employment matters and gain exposure to advisory and disputes work while benefiting from mentoring and professional development.

You will work closely with the Partner and clients across multiple industries, delivering practical advice and building strong relationships in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of post-admission experience in Workplace Relations law.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic employment and workplace relations advice across industries.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, policies, and agreements.
• Advise on awards, enterprise agreements and compliance with workplace legislation.
• Represent clients in disputes before tribunals and courts while developing strategy.
