Gilbert + Tobin Lawyers is seeking a Lawyer for the Corporate Advisory (Private M&A) group. You will work with leading M&A partners on high-profile transactions across private and public markets, delivering high-quality legal advice and client service.

The role offers a supportive, high-performing environment with opportunities to develop both legal and non-legal skills, and to build strong client relationships while contributing to the firm’s market leadership.

• Experience in an M&A or Corporate Advisory practice.
• Strong drafting and advice writing skills.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a practical, commercial mindset.

Our award winning and market leading M&A group provides innovative solutions and project management for all aspects of both large-scale and smaller value corporate transactions and advises on a range of related corporate issues.
