Job summary

Gilbert + Tobin, Australia’s leading corporate practice, is seeking a capable M&A/Corporate Advisory lawyer with 4+ years’ experience to join our high-performing Sydney team. You will work with top partners on high-profile transactions and be remunerated at the top end of the market.

You will collaborate on both private and public M&A matters, draft complex transaction documents, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced, merit-based culture.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years’ experience in an M&A or Corporate Advisory practice.

About You

• At least 4+ years’ experience in an M&A or Corporate Advisory practice.

• Strong drafting and advice writing skills.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a practical and commercial mindset.
• An eagerness to create an exceptional experience for your clients.
