Naiman Clarke is seeking an Associate/Senior Lawyer to lead front-end construction work across Australia. The role involves advising on complex energy and infrastructure projects, drafting and negotiating EPC, D&C, consultancy and O&M agreements, and providing strategic procurement and risk guidance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in front-end construction, infrastructure or contract-based law.
• Strong academic record and top-tier or international firm experience preferred.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex project documentation.
• Background in a top or leading mid-tier firm highly regarded.
• Strong technical, commercial and client relationship skills.
• Team-oriented with initiative, drive and a passion for project work.
