Job summary

Rose Litigation Lawyers on the Gold Coast is seeking a Law Clerk to support the commercial litigation, insolvency, and building & construction teams. The role targets a law student nearing graduation, offering mentorship and a direct pathway toward a solicitor position.

The successful candidate will attend client meetings, court appearances, prepare pleadings, and liaise with barristers. This is a hands-on role in a growing firm with strong learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

The opportunity

Ideally you will targeting completion of your law degree in late 2027 or mid 2028, and will suit a law student, who wants to build a career in commercial litigation. You will be mentored by Accredited Specialists and senior litigators on complex commercial matters, reporting directly to our experienced practitioners. Our Law Clerks are treated as part of the professional team from day one, and the role offers a clear pathway to a potential permanent position as a solicitor.

What you’ll do
