Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking reliable Laundry Staff (Casual) to join our Glendenning Laundry Services team. You will ensure laundry duties are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, directly supporting the comfort and wellbeing of residents.

Glendenning Laundry Services is currently looking for reliable, hardworking and genuinely passionate Laundry Staff (Casual) to join our dedicated team.

Your opportunity

As part of our professional laundry team, you'll ensure all laundry duties are completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Your work will directly support the comfort and wellbeing of the people Anglicare cares for.

You will contribute to a positive team culture by working collaboratively, stepping in to assist others, and maintaining a clean, safe and productive workspace.

• Complete all laundry duties in a safe, efficient and effective manner
• Work cooperatively with team members and assist others when your own tasks are complete

What you'll bring

You're dependable, hardworking and take pride in doing the job well. You enjoy contributing to a cohesive team and understand the importance of delivering consistent, high-quality work.

What's required:

• Demonstrated ability to work in a production, manufacturing, laundry, or similar operational environment
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.

What's preferred:

• Certificate II in Laundry Operations (preferred)
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport with others.
• Ability to work quickly, maintain productivity and multitask
• Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
