Job summary

Estia Health is seeking dedicated team members to join our aged care homes across Australia. In this busy role, you will uphold safe work practices, support cleanliness standards and contribute to the wellbeing of residents.

You will work with a friendly team to maintain presentation and service quality, participate in audits and inspections, and help deliver person-centered care across our Estia Health homes.

• Implements and manages a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections for the home to assist in delivering operational excellence
