Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a quality à la carte restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, labour, rostering, time and attendance, and stock management systems.
• Passion for developing and coaching high-performing teams.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• RSA certificate is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening teams to shape culture and service standards.
• Coach and develop high-performing staff across shifts.
• Oversee operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service.
• Maintain compliance, rostering, and stock controls in a fast-paced environment.
