Qualifications

• Leadership experience in quality à la carte restaurant required.
• RSA certificate and hospitality management qualifications are valued.
• Proven ability to coach high-performing teams and manage fast-paced service.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening teams and shape culture for Noẽma and Wishbone.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards.
• Oversee compliance, labour, rostering, stock, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive training and development.
