Fitness Cartel Health Clubs is seeking a dynamic Club General Manager to lead the Strathpine launch, define culture, energy, and performance from day one, and deliver an exceptional member experience in a brand-new club.

You will drive the pre-sale campaign, recruit and mentor a founding sales team, build a high-performance culture, grow memberships through outreach and events, and report results to senior leadership as Fitness Cartel expands nationwide.

Qualifications

Experience leading large gym teams (20+ staff, 2,000+ members).
Proven KPI-driven sales leadership with targets.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Growth mindset with systems and processes.

Responsabilités

Lead the Strathpine club launch, set culture and performance while executing pre-sale strategy to hit membership targets.
Recruit, train and inspire a high-performing founding team.
Create and lead a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
Drive membership growth and community engagement through outreach, partnerships, referrals, and events.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Monitor sales, retention, and financial outcomes; report results to leadership.
Utilise Clubware, Debit Success and Gym Sales to track leads and conversions.
Support club opening readiness with procedures and cross-team coordination.
Oversee operations and mentor department leaders to ensure exceptional member experiences.
