Impact English College Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing Officer – Latin America to develop recruitment opportunities and strengthen education agent partnerships from Melbourne CBD. The role blends sales, relationship management, market development and student support for international students from Latin America.

Formación

• Experience in sales, student recruitment or business development, preferably within international education.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales or recruitment targets.
• Experience working with the Latin American market and a sound understanding of its cultures.
• Fluency in spoken Spanish and/or Portuguese, with strong writing skills in the same language(s).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Initiative, sound judgement and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate database or CRM records.
• A relevant tertiary qualification and/or substantial relevant professional experience.
• Willingness and availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
• Applicants must hold, or be able to obtain before commencing employment, a Victorian Working with Children Check.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment and sales plans for the Latin American market.
• Achieve agreed sales and student enrolment targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing education agents and develop new agent and business partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends, competitor activity and student demand.
• Promote courses through agent training, presentations, education fairs, seminars and other promotional activities.
• Respond to prospective student enquiries and follow up applications, offers and payments in collaboration with the admissions team.
• Provide study counselling and assist current students with course extensions and further study options.
• Plan and participate in domestic and international marketing trips.
• Manage the allocated marketing budget.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports, forecasts and market updates.
