Job summary

Impact English College in Melbourne is seeking a sales and recruitment professional to develop LATAM recruitment opportunities, build strong education agent relationships, and achieve enrolment targets. You will provide study advice and support to prospective and current students, helping them choose courses and enjoy a positive experience at Impact.

You will travel domestically and internationally as required, promote courses through events, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with admissions

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or recruitment, preferably in international education.
• Track record of achieving targets in sales or enrolments.
• Experience with the Latin American market and its cultures.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese with strong writing skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Right to work in Australia and ability to obtain Victorian Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment and sales plans for the Latin American market.
• Achieve sales and enrolment targets.
• Maintain relationships with education agents and develop partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Promote courses through agents, fairs, and seminars.
• Respond to prospective student enquiries and manage applications.
• Provide study counselling and assist with course extensions.
• Plan and participate in domestic and international marketing trips.
• Manage marketing budget and prepare sales reports.
